Your Role:
- Lead and manage the year group, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to support student welfare, attendance, and academic achievement.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Organize and oversee year group activities, events, and interventions to enhance student engagement and experience.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a pastoral or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and student support.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for student development.
