HR Administrator - Berkshire
A large and inclusive secondary school in Berkshire is seeking a professional and discreet HR Administrator to support its people operations from January 2026 .
The school places high value on staff wellbeing, clear procedures and professional respect. HR is viewed as a supportive and enabling function, helping staff to thrive in a well-structured environment.
The Role
You will work closely with senior leaders and the business team to support the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
• Recruitment administration and onboarding
• Maintaining personnel records and safeguarding documentation
• Supporting absence management and wellbeing processes
• Preparing documentation for payroll
• Responding to HR queries with discretion and clarity
• Supporting policy implementation and compliance
