About the pub

The Turk is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium drink range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade.

The Turk is located in the city of Reading, close to the city centre. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retails outlets and mixed housing.

The pub benefits from being one of 20 pubs found in an area of around 9,366 adults. The main customer base is made up of employed adults and is in a high affluence area.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Turk will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the interior of the pub.

A full list of works and pub floor plan can be found in the ‘refurbishment details’ in the downloads.

The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment will be:
