Legal Support Assistant
About The Role We are currently looking for a proactive, highly organised individual to fulfil a crucial role in our legal support staff within our Residential Property team. You will be joining a team of two LSA's, reporting directly into an enthusiastic team Head, whom has 20 years of property law experience.
This role will be based in Thames Valley , requiring full time in office. The Legal Support Assistant role objective is to provide in-depth business support to the Partner/fee earners within the team, including the following responsibilities:
- Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
- Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible.
- Supporting the file opening process for the team.
- Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
- Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients.
- Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing.
About You
As a Legal Support Assistant you will have:
- Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Experience in a client facing environment would be advantageous.
- Former experience within a legal/professional services environment, or in particular within a property residential team would be advantageous
