The school is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. You’ll be joining a supportive team that is committed to helping every child reach their full potential, both academically and socially.

The Role

In this role, the SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will play a key role in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the delivery of personalised learning activities
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Adapting resources to meet individual learning needs
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and participation
* Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and professionals

About You
