About the Role:
Manage the day-to-day maintenance, security, and operation of the school site
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Supervise site staff and coordinate contractors and suppliers effectively
Monitor budgets, resources, and equipment for efficiency and effectiveness
Support school events and activities by preparing facilities and spaces
Oversee site development projects, refurbishments, and maintenance programmes
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have significant experience in premises or facilities management, ideally within a school or similar environment
Be highly organised, proactive, and flexible
Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team
Be committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and high-quality school environment
