The Role

• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available depending on experience

• Planning and delivering inspiring lessons across drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art

• Supporting pupils with portfolio development and examination coursework

• Encouraging independent creative thinking and technical skill development

• Organising exhibitions and contributing to the visual culture of the school

• Maintaining high standards of classroom organisation and resource management

• Contributing to enrichment activities such as art clubs, trips, and competitions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent independent school teaching experience

• A degree in Fine Art, Art & Design, or a related discipline

• Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Strong technical knowledge across a range of artistic media

• The ability to motivate and challenge pupils of varying abilities

• A collaborative and professional approach to departmental teamwork

• A genuine passion for creativity and artistic development
