A nurturing and inclusive SEMH school in Reading is looking for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. You will support pupils aged 11 to 18 who may experience anxiety, trauma, behavioural challenges, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties.
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom learning, provide 1:1 and small group interventions, and help students build emotional resilience, confidence, and positive relationships. You will work closely with teaching staff and mental health professionals to deliver consistent, trauma-informed support.

* Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant
* Location: Reading
* Salary: £89–£100 per day
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Age Group: Children aged 11 to 18
* Ideal for: Psychology, Counselling, Criminology graduates or those aspiring to work in mental health or education
