SEN Teaching Assistant
Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in Reading! Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across: Reading, Caversham, Woodley, Winnersh, Wokingham, Bracknell and Newbury We are currently recruiting for: Teaching Assistants (TA) Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available About the Schools & Students: You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD) Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN) ADHD and associated behavioural needs Sensory processing difficulties Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to provide holistic support. What We Offer:
