Your Role as an English ECT
- Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop students’ analytical, reading, and writing skills through creative and challenging lessons.
- Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship to refine your teaching practice.
- Participate in regular CPD opportunities and department meetings.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities such as book clubs, writing competitions, and theatre trips.
