Commercial Solicitor
- Advising clients on commercial contracts
- Drafting and negotiating technology agreements including SaaS, AI, outsourcing contracts
- Providing pragmatic advice on data protection, consumer law, IP and digital media matters
- Building long‑term client relationships and contributing to business development
- A solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial law
- Experienced in negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial and technology agreements
- Knowledgeable in areas including data protection, IP, consumer and competition law
- Commercially astute, offering practical, solutions‑focused advice
- Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision and collaborating across teams
