Our client, a well-respected and established Main Dealership in Reading, is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their busy service department. This position is ideal for a driven motor trade professional looking to make a significant impact within a reputable automotive group.

45-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service.
This Aftersales Manager role requires leading and developing a team of over 15 staff, including service advisors, technicians, and apprentices, to deliver excellent customer experiences.
The Aftersales Manager is responsible for managing departmental budgets and working closely with senior management to achieve profitability targets.
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and industry regulations is a critical task
The Aftersales Manager will drive departmental performance, foster a positive team environment, and ensure customer satisfaction is always prioritised.

Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager, within a Main Dealership environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Excellent customer service skills coupled with commercial awareness
