This role involves working with children who have a range of complex needs including Autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), physical disabilities, communication needs, and medical requirements.

• Role: Complex Needs Assistant

• Salary: £89–£100 per day
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Age Group: 4 to 16
• Experience: Preferred but not essential – training provided

As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will support pupils both in the classroom and with personal care where required. You will assist with sensory activities, communication strategies (such as PECS or Makaton), and mobility support. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals, you will help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.
