English Teacher - Long-Term Opportunity
We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Berkshire to appoint a dedicated English Teacher for a long-term position starting shortly.
This is a full teaching role , involving planning, preparation and marking , and would suit a committed teacher looking for stability and the chance to make a real impact within a supportive English department.
The Role:
- Teach English across KS3 and KS4
- Full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Track pupil progress and support attainment
- Work collaboratively with the wider English and pastoral teams
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in English
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Confident classroom management skills
- Able to commit to a long-term placement
