Senior Employee Relations and Policy Partner
This role sits at the centre of how colleagues experience our organisation. It leads our policy framework, strengthens Employee Voice and builds constructive, solutions‑focused relationships with recognised trade unions. By designing policies and ER/IR practices that are fair, inclusive, transparent and accessible, the role helps create a workplace where everyone feels they belong. It serves as the organisational expert on policy and employee experience standards, ensuring colleagues and leaders have clarity, confidence and trusted guidance.
Working cross‑functionally with Legal, People Partners, People Services, Operations, L&D, Reward and our DE&I teams, this role ensures our approach to policy, consultation and industrial relations is consistent, modern and aligned to our values. It uses insight and responsible AI to elevate policy quality, improve accessibility and surface workforce themes that drive meaningful action. Ultimately, the role enables strong relationships, stable industrial outcomes and a best‑in‑class, transparent policy experience that supports colleague voice and organisational performance.
Who we are

That doesn’t just mean time in the office, it could be team meetings, offsites, volunteering days, cross-functional projects, or away days - anywhere meaningful collaboration happens. What matters is making those moments purposeful, so when we come together, it really counts.
