Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance, caretaking or facilities role (school or education setting desirable but not essential)

• Practical skills in basic repairs, maintenance and use of hand and power tools

• Understanding of health and safety procedures and safe working practices

• Ability to carry out routine checks and report defects or issues promptly

• Organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a small team

• Positive, professional approach when working around pupils and staff

• Eligibility to work in the UK
