The finance team plays a key role in supporting the school’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that budgets are managed effectively and that financial processes are accurate and compliant.

Role overview:
As a Finance Assistant, you will support the financial operations of the school, working closely with the School Business Manager and wider administrative team. You will help ensure that all financial processes are carried out efficiently and in line with regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately

• Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts

• Support budget monitoring and reporting

• Liaise with suppliers and resolve any discrepancies

• Assist with payroll administration where required

• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies

• Provide general administrative support to the finance team
