Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school to appoint a Teacher of Humanities for a permanent position starting in September 2026. This exciting opportunity is open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs), unqualified teachers with relevant classroom experience, and fully qualified teachers. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Humanities lessons across subjects such as History, Geography and/or Religious Studies, supporting students to achieve their full potential. We are looking for a candidate who: Has a passion for Humanities and education Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning Is eager to develop professionally and contribute to school life Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues Qualifications & Experience: A degree in a relevant subject area QTS is desirable but not essential Suitable for ECTs and unqualified teachers with classroom experience Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons Assess and monitor student progress Support the wider Humanities curriculum Contribute positively to the school community How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV to Teaching Personnel.
