Key Responsibilities for the Nurse Team Leader Job in Reading
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare support workers in delivering day-to-day clinical care.

Requirements for the Nurse Team Leader Job in Reading
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with current NMC registration.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or care setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
