School Business Manager to join a reflective and well-organised operations team
Our Client is seeking a School Business Manager to join a supportive, high-performing and academically focused secondary school in Reading. The successful candidate will oversee finance, HR, premises, compliance and administration , ensuring the school continues to operate efficiently while supporting its strategic aims.

This 11–18 Ofsted Outstanding school educates approximately 1,300 pupils and is renowned for its strong academic outcomes, robust behaviour systems and exceptional pastoral care.
