• Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment

• Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Chemistry examinations

• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the Science department

• Contributing to departmental planning and academic development

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of Chemistry within the school while ensuring students achieve strong academic outcomes.
