What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and supporting a designated commercial client portfolio

Acting as the first point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships

Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and queries with confidence

Working closely with insurers and internal teams to secure the best outcomes

Delivering an exceptional client experience every single day

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in a Commercial Account Handler role

Exposure to a varied commercial lines book

Working knowledge of Acturis

Confident communicator – on the phone and face to face

Proactive, organised and solutions-focused

A team player with resilience and a positive mindset

High levels of integrity and professionalism
