We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to start a permanent position at this welcoming and vibrant nursery located in Reading.

With local transport links and staff parking, this nursery is easy to access and is a short walk from lovely parks for after work strolls.

As an Early Years Educator, you will have plenty of opportunities for further training for career progression with which the management team will be supportive and encouraging. There are also Room L eader role opportunities at this nursery.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be working full-time at this caring and family-oriented nursery. There is a real focus on teamwork, so you will work collaboratively with likeminded colleagues to support young children with their early development, including through planning and leading activities that stimulate their minds and creativity and assisting with early reading and early maths skills development.

It is essential for this role that you hold at least a Level 3 qualification in either Early Years or Childcare, and prior experience working with young children within a nursery or childcare setting is required.

Passion for and knowledge of EYFS and the Early Years curriculum is important, and you will be supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, and planning and encouraging interactive play-based activities and exploration to promote learning and development . As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be at the forefront of igniting the imaginations of every child, encouraging them to dream boldly, think innovatively, and embrace responsibility.
