About The Role
Practice Plus Group is the UK’s leading independent provider of NHS services to patient in Secure Environments – prisons, immigration removal centres (IRCs) and non-custodial services, and Integrated Urgent Care - NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS).
Practice Plus Group are recruiting for a Accounts Payable Administrator to work within the finance team based at our head office in Theale. This will be for a 6 month fixed term contract (potentially longer)
Hours Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730 Hybrid working - 1 days in the office on a Tuesday Salary £28,000How will we support you?

What you'll be doing
As our Accounts Payable Administrator, some of your duties will include:- Processing invoices and credit notes within a 48hour SLA
- Completing invoice scanning and uploading received by email and post – week rotation
- Rejecting any invoices/credits that are addressed to the incorrect legal entity
- Completing incoming emails in the HC mailbox
- Action reminder letters and accounts on stop
- Answering telephone calls and queries from suppliers and supporting the business where possible
- Resolving all daily tasks which include rejected workflows, discrepancies on invoices and journal postings
