As a Team Builder, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing sales team while driving your own sales results. This is a hands-on leadership role for ambitious individuals who want to build their own team and progress into management. This role is ideal for competitive, driven individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for people development. Key Responsibilities• Recruit, train, and develop new sales representatives
• Lead from the front with strong personal sales performance
• Coach and mentor team members on sales techniques, mindset, and productivity
• Conduct daily team meetings, field coaching, and performance reviews
• Track team KPIs and drive growth targets
• Create a positive, high-energy team culture
