A specialist SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Assistant – Aspiring Psychologist to support children aged 5 to 16 with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and behavioural needs. As a Mental Health Assistant – Aspiring Psychologist, you will gain hands-on experience working directly with vulnerable young people who require emotional and academic support.

In this Mental Health Assistant – Aspiring Psychologist position, you will provide 1:1 and small group interventions focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and behaviour support. You will work closely with SEN staff, therapists, and safeguarding leads to implement structured support plans.
