Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer in Reading for our upcoming residential project.

Job Title: Site Labourer
Location: Reading
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.80 per hour About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Reading. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.Qualifications & Experience:

Valid CSCS Card.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).
Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
