Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prescribing Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to fill our prescribing nurse practitioner vacancy in Reading. As a PNP, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care by independently assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing medications, and managing their care plans. You will work with a team of other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

• Independently assess and diagnose patients

Qualifications for a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy in Reading:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) qualification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse prescriber
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics
• Strong clinical skills and assessment abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience of a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse prescriber in a hospital or primary care setting
• Experience in managing patients with a variety of medical conditions
• Experience in working with a diverse patient population
