Associate - Associate Director Building Physics
Associate / Associate Director - Sustainability & Energy
Reading Hybrid Working Up to 75k
You'll be:
- Leading technical delivery across multiple projects
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and design teams
- Overseeing and reviewing energy modelling and building physics work
- Producing and lodging Non-Domestic EPCs
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What They're Looking For
- Strong background in building physics / energy modelling
- Level 5 NDEA (able to lodge EPCs)
- Experience in a consultancy environment
- Confident in a client-facing, leadership role
Desirable:
- Daylighting / sunlight analysis
- Passivhaus / PHPP experience
