Employer Tax Director - Location Flexible - 100% WFH
This Employer Tax Director role offers genuine scope for career development and progression as part of this international advisory boutique who services range from tax and audit to global outsourcing and HR.
Our client are set up perfectly for 'Flexible Working' and offer the chance to work 100% from home.
Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will also ensure that all aspects of revenues and financials are managed appropriately.
Main Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a depth of technical knowledge in own service area and apply this knowledge to develop solutions to complex technical issues
Manage a team in complex and demanding assignments on a day to day basis
Proactively seek out business development opportunities as well as participating fully in new client pitch situations
Act as a focal point for the delivery of sophisticated tax advice to clients and the business
Write high quality tax reports, professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from directors or partners
Skills:
You will have a detailed knowledge of all aspects of UK employment taxes, particularly related to expenses and benefits and employee stock
Preferable that you have knowledge of the taxation and social security implications of employee stock for jurisdictions outside of the UK.
You will have good experience in employment taxes advisory work and a track record in excellent client service
