Hours: 35 Per week Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm

The Job
Do you enjoy working outdoors and transforming green spaces into well-kept, welcoming environments? We are recruiting a Gardener on behalf of our client, helping to keep their estates clean, attractive, and thriving all year round.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role where the impact of your work is appreciated every day. You will be part of a supportive team and will be given the tools and training you need to succeed.

What You will Do

Carry out scheduled grounds maintenance across multiple estates
Plant and maintain seasonal flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and turf
Weed, spray, and perform seasonal leaf clearance
Operate and maintain a range of manual and powered gardening tools
Apply and store chemicals safely in accordance with regulations
Remove and dispose of green waste responsibly
Assist with landscaping projects and ongoing improvements
Respond to urgent issues such as vandalism, hazards, or defects
Follow all health & safety procedures and wear PPE as required
What You will Need
Full UK driving license (you will be using company vehicles)
Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
Ability to safely operate horticultural machinery and tools
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic understanding of health & safety regulations
PA1 & PA6a pesticide certificates – desirable, not essential
A satisfactory Basic DBS check
