Junior Field Service Engineer
Salary: £44,000 basic | OTE £55,000+ (overtime) | Company vehicle The Role: Service, maintenance, and installation of inspection systems (vision, X-ray, fill level, leak detection)
Electrical fault finding on high-speed production and packaging equipment
PPM and breakdown support across customer sites
Customer-facing role within manufacturing environmentsRequirements: Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering (essential)
Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training
Strong interest in fault finding and developing technical skills
Any experience in food, beverage, packaging, or pharma beneficialWhat's on Offer: Comprehensive training programme including regular trips to Germany
Clear progression pathway into senior engineering and specialist roles
Ongoing support and development within a structured engineering team
