What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences that spark curiosity.
• Lead and inspire the nursery team with enthusiasm, creativity and clear direction.
• Support each child’s development and build positive relationships with families.
• Plan and deliver fun, educational activities that promote growth and confidence.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene throughout the setting.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome dynamic, passionate childcare professionals who can bring leadership and a love of early years education to the role. Relevant experience in any of the following positions is considered valuable: Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, Nursery Practitioner.

• Level 3 qualification (or higher) in early years education or a related field.
• Experience working in an early years setting; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for fostering children’s development and building relationships with families.
