As an EYFS Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will nurture children’s development across all areas, including literacy, numeracy, communication, social, and emotional skills, while providing individualised support for those who need it. Collaboration with teaching assistants and strong communication with parents is essential to ensure each child reaches their potential.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and EYFS colleagues

  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers

  • Maintain learning journals and assessment records

  • Contribute to staff meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives

  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
