Compliance Manager Reading
This Compliance Manager role is based in Reading and sits as part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance team. The role involves:
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies aligned with industry regulations.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks to ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide guidance and advice on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Technology & Telecoms industry standards and legal changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues effectively.
- Deliver training programmes to promote awareness of compliance responsibilities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of compliance activities.
- Knowledge of GDPR, Ofcom, competition and ABAC regulatory landscapes useful
