Salary: £16,885 - £19,236 (FTE £28,142 - £32,061) per annum,
Grade 3
Hours: Part Time - 22.2 hours per week
Location – Learning and Development Centre, Whitley Wood, Reading

Populate and maintain Operational Training Planner and training recording programmes.
Be responsible for co-ordination and issue of joining instructions to ensure that training delivery is maintained.
To act as a first point of contact for the service, providing general administrative functions as and when required, in support of training managers and instructors. Key role requirements (knowledge, skills and experience): Computer literate (word, excel, outlook, able to produce letters and send emails.
Understanding of training & development environment.
General understanding of database work and the importance of accurate data.
Organisational skills – able to plan i.e. booking of training venues, organising training instructors.
