Role Overview

This is a customer-facing consulting role focused on delivering innovative AI solutions that help organisations transform the way they work.

As an AI Solutions Consultant , you will work with some of the most interesting organisations across the UK to design and build AI-powered agents and intelligent solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the Power Platform .

You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their business challenges and turn them into practical AI solutions - building intelligent agents, designing architectures, and delivering workshops and engagements that help organisations adopt AI with confidence.

This exciting role sits at the forefront of applied AI, working with the latest Microsoft technologies to bring real-world AI solutions to life.

Security Clearance (SC) eligibility is highly desirable due to the nature of some customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Delivery

  • Deliver customer engagements, including Microsoft-funded programmes (MCI) , helping organisations adopt and gain value from Microsoft AI technologies.
  • Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI opportunities and translate business problems into AI solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions and enablement programmes for audiences ranging from end users to senior stakeholders.
  • Document workshop outputs including current state assessments, recommendations, and action plans .
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout engagements.
  • Travel to customer sites where required to support solution design, delivery, and adoption.

AI Solution Design & Development

  • Design and build AI agents and intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform technologies .
  • Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architectures .
  • Build production-ready agentic solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Configure connectors, APIs, and workflows to enable AI-powered automation and decision support.

Innovation & Internal Capability

  • Stay at the forefront of Microsoft AI technologies and capabilities .
  • Build demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showcasing new capabilities and use cases.
  • Share knowledge internally to help grow CPS's AI practice and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to improving delivery standards, frameworks, and internal processes.
  • Create high-quality deliverables and ensure customer outputs meet CPS quality standards.
  • Promote CPS thought leadership through blogs, social media, events, and community engagement .
  • Achieve relevant certifications required for Microsoft partner recognition.

Technical Experience

Core Experience

  • Building production-ready Copilot Studio agents
  • Microsoft Power Platform , particularly Power Automate and Agent Flows
  • Dataverse and integration with Azure services
  • Working with Microsoft Graph API and connectors
  • Understanding of Microsoft Purview and data governance
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance and environment strategy
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot licensing landscape

Desirable Experience

  • Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services
  • Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and APIs
  • Power Platform Developer Associate ( PL-400) certification
  • Experience delivering AI solutions within regulated or secure environments
