Key Responsibilities
Manage reception duties, including signing in visitors and safeguarding checks
Answer phone calls and respond to emails and enquiries
Maintain pupil records, attendance, and data systems
Support admissions, correspondence, and school communications
Assist SLT and office colleagues with daily administrative tasks
Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
