The Role (180 Recruitment Consultant)
This is a 180 recruitment role focused purely on candidate delivery. You will work closely with experienced Consultants and Account Managers to source, engage, and manage top-tier talent for a range of exciting client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
* Screen and qualify candidates through interviews and competency-based assessments
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
* Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process
* Support consultants on active roles and client requirements
* Write and post engaging job advertisements
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ambition to progress into a 360 recruitment role
