Key responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor include:

• Supervising lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4

• Ensuring students remain on task and complete the work set by teaching staff

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Providing feedback to teachers on student engagement and progress

• Supporting the wider school where required
