Are you a qualified Business Teacher or Business specialist seeking an exciting opportunity in a secondary school in Reading?

Academics Ltd is working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Reading to appoint a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher from January. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to secure their first teaching position.

We are seeking a fully qualified teacher with QTS who is enthusiastic about Business education, demonstrates strong classroom practice, and has high expectations for student achievement.

The successful candidate will:

* Be passionate about Business and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive Business lessons for students of all abilities
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and high expectations of behaviour and progress
* Show a keen interest in the science of learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
* Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team
* Have the vision, energy, and commitment to contribute fully to wider school life
* Be motivated to make a positive and lasting impact on students’ lives and future opportunities

Requirements:

* A degree in Business or a related subject
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS)
* Experience using online or digital teaching platforms
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
