Are you a motivated and detail-driven IFA Administrator looking to grow your career in a professional, client-focused environment? We’re working with a fully independent financial planning firm based just outside Reading, who are seeking an ambitious individual to join their close-knit team.

 

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IFA administration experience who is looking to roll up their sleeves and become a key part of a growing, professional team. You’ll be supporting two experienced advisers, including one with over 25 years in the industry, and will be involved in servicing existing clients while learning and developing within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers
• Prepare client documentation and reports
• Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of business
• Shadow advisers and gradually take on more responsibility within the team

About You:

• Experience in an IFA or financial planning firm is essential
• Ideally Diploma Level 4 qualified (or working towards it)
• Familiarity with IO, CashCalc, Voyant, Octopus, Aviva, and other common platforms
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
• Professional, articulate, and committed to delivering a solicitor-level client experience
