The school has a truly exciting opportunity for a New Deputy Head to join their Senior Leadership Team with a focus on raising standards, inclusion and behaviour. An excellent communicator you will be able to inspire confidence amongst pupils, parents and the teaching staff. You will lead the provision of raising standards throughout the School, ensuring the emotional, physical and intellectual wellbeing of the whole pupil body. You will be required to inspire confidence amongst pupils, parents and the pastoral team. A strategic thinker, providing professional leadership and management.

• Leading strategic development
• Implementing strategies for school improvement
• Ensuring effective and efficient organisation and administration
• Creating a stimulating, nurturing, happy, safe and productive learning environment that is engaging and fulfilling for all students
• Ensuring the curriculum is broad, balanced and underpinned by the trust principles of curriculum design

The salary for this Deputy Head position will be paid to scale Leadership scale – £67,000 to £81,000
