Refrigeration Engineer
Refrigeration Service Engineer - Reading £45,000 - £50,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering Reading. This role offers strong earning potential, job security, and clear progression within a growing business. The Role: You'll be responsible for service, maintenance, and fault finding across a split portfolio of retail sites and leisure centres, giving you a varied and balanced workload.
- Service & maintenance of refrigeration systems
- Fault finding & reactive works
- Split between retail and leisure environments
- Covering Reading and surrounding areas
- On-call rota: 1 in 4
- Time-served apprenticeship
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Refrigeration & AC
- F-Gas (C&G 2079 or equivalent)
- Experience within commercial refrigeration
- CO₂ experience highly desirable - training can be provided
- Full UK Driving Licence
- £45,000 - £50,000 basic
- 40-hour week
- Paid travel
- 33 days holiday
- Company van & fuel card (private use)
- Smartphone, laptop & uniform
- Ongoing training & development
