Academics Ltd is partnering with a well-regarded secondary school in Reading to recruit a talented Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The successful candidate will be a qualified Maths specialist (QTS essential) with a passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be committed to raising attainment, maintaining excellent classroom standards, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 desirable)
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the department
* Contribute effectively to a collaborative and supportive team environment
