Early Years Opportunity: Level 3 Practitioner
Location: Reading
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
A thriving, Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Reading is looking to welcome a motivated and caring Level 3 Practitioner to its supportive early years team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to step into a high-quality setting and make an immediate impact.
In this role, the Level 3 Practitioner will help create a positive and engaging environment where children feel secure, inspired, and ready to learn. You will play an important role in supporting daily routines and delivering enriching activities that promote development.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Practitioner
* Support children’s learning, independence, and emotional wellbeing
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A proactive, caring, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills expected of a Level 3 Practitioner
