HR Manager

Pangbourne College is looking to recruit a HR Manager to join our HR Team. This is a critical role within the College providing hands on support and guidance to managers and staff in all areas of the business. Along with this role, the HR team consists of a HR Advisor and HR and Payroll Administrator.

This is a generalist HR role which will incorporate the full employee lifecycle, compliance advice on and development of policies, restructures, employment law and employee relations. Ideally you will have experience of Safeguarding and DBS checks and UKVI compliance. You will be a solution focussed self-starter who likes to collaborate with others.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable HR Management background within a varied business environment and ideally has experience of working within an education setting.
