Are you an experienced IFA Administrator ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a fully independent, professional financial planning firm based in Reading , who are looking for a driven and capable Senior IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers
• Manage and process client documentation and reports
• Maintain accurate records using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Support client meetings and uphold a solicitor-level standard of professionalism

About You:

• Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning firm is essential
• Diploma Level 4 qualified (or working towards it)
• Strong knowledge of IO, CashCalc, Voyant, Octopus, Aviva, and other key platforms
• Professional, articulate, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
• Eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-quality team
