Our school is offering a truly exciting opportunity for a new Deputy Head to join our Senior Leadership Team, focusing on raising standards, inclusion, and behaviour. As an excellent communicator, you will inspire confidence among pupils, parents, and staff, leading the provision of standards throughout the school. You will ensure the emotional, physical, and intellectual wellbeing of all pupils while providing strategic leadership and management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree
• QTS or QTLS
• Management experience

Salary:

The salary for this Deputy Head position will be on the Leadership Scale, ranging from £67,000 to £81,000.
