Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
• Lead engaging educational activities: Plan and deliver experiences that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Act as a key person for each child: Monitor development, address care needs, and build strong, trusting relationships with families to support learning at nursery and at home.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills – able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities – keep learning environments structured yet exciting.
• Deep understanding of child development – apply knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Experience in related roles such as Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse is welcomed.
